Tide window for lock: HW-2hrs to HW+1.5 hrs
Operating hours: As above but only between 06.00 and 20.30 summer, between 0800 and 18.00 winter.

Facilities
The most central marina to the West End and the City has a yacht club with showers, toilets, launderette, telephones. Temporary membership for visitors for up to a month. Local shops include a Safeway supermarket. London Underground, Docklands light Railway and buses from Tower Hill (5 minutes). Taxi rank at the Tower Thistle Hotel.

Water and electricity (16 or 32amp) available on pontoons. Customs and Immigration can be arranged through the Haven Office.

Temporary waiting moorings on the inside of St Katherine's Pier for shallow draught vessels and on the moorings laid between the lock and HMS President pier.
